Tasting Notes: Our 2023 Perpetual Cabernet Sauvignon is the culmination of our never ending pursuit of perfection. Explosive notes of black currant and dark cherry are seamlessly supported by luxurious notes of new French oak. Refined tannins and well balanced acidity support a long, elegant finsish.
This wine spent 16 months in 65% new French oak barrels.
